THransition

THransition is a specialist consultancy that helps organizations develop and implement effective disability inclusion policies. Drawing on 20 years of expertise and a network of 21 disability specialists, it works with employers to embed disability inclusion in their wider strategy and adapt support to each organization’s needs.

THransition also offers resources and articles on workplace disability and inclusion, alongside training programs and other tailored initiatives. With 300 partner organizations, it supports employers, educators, and job seekers in creating more inclusive professional environments and improving access to employment.
