Threads Video Downloader is a web-based service for saving publicly available media from Threads. Users copy a post link, paste it into the downloader, and choose a file to save to their device. The service supports videos in MP4 format, with HD and higher resolutions available when provided by the original upload, as well as images, GIFs, carousel media, and audio extracted as MP3.

It is designed to work in a browser on iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktop computers, without requiring an account or app installation. The site also offers a Chrome extension for downloading videos directly from a page. According to the service, downloads are free, watermark-free, unlimited, and processed quickly; it says links and activity are not stored and that connections use HTTPS.

Step-by-step instructions and device-specific guides explain how to copy a Threads link and save the resulting file. Threads Video Downloader is intended for people who want to keep public Threads media for offline viewing, personal backups, or creative use, while original quality is retained where available
