TheThreeChimneysSkye

The Three Chimneys is a luxury, five-star-rated restaurant with rooms in Colbost on the Isle of Skye, set beside Loch Dunvegan with views of the Duirinish Peninsula. For four decades, it has celebrated the island’s food and rural heritage, bringing together local producers, fishers, farmers and craftspeople. Its menus showcase Skye and nearby ingredients, including seafood and shellfish, fresh game and foraged produce, prepared with creativity and a sense of adventure.

Guests can enjoy lunch, dinner and a wine list, with a four-course set menu available at lunch. The experience extends beyond dining: the property offers rooms and suites, including options for accessible stays, families and guests with dogs. Visitors can also explore private dining, weddings, exclusive-use celebrations and culinary retreats.

The Three Chimneys presents each meal as a connection to the people and landscape behind its ingredients, inviting guests to discover the distinctive flavours of Skye. Restaurant and room bookings, gift vouchers and seasonal offers are available
