This unique rum undergoes an intricate aging process, spending a total of seven years maturing in carefully selected barrels. Initially, it is aged for five years in ex-bourbon barrels, imparting a rich base flavor. It then receives an additional two years of aging in ex-Cognac barrels, which enhances its complexity and elegance with subtle nuances of Oloroso.
