Three Little Birds Birth Services is a birth and family support practice based in Greenville, South Carolina, led by Kirsten Freeman, a mother, childbirth educator, and student midwife. Drawing on her experience with both hospital and home birth, Freeman offers compassionate, personalized guidance to help families feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy and birth. She currently attends home births only.

The practice provides birth doula support tailored to each family’s wishes, as well as postpartum doula services. Childbirth education classes are available in group settings or in clients’ homes and can be customized; sessions emphasize conversation and welcome questions. Additional offerings include belly casting, with materials and in-home setup provided, and bereavement doula support for families experiencing loss. The website also features birth photography, a photo gallery and reviews, community resources, and a blog.

Three Little Birds Birth Services serves Greenville and surrounding communities across the Upstate South Carolina area, including Spartanburg, Simpsonville, Anderson, Greer, Clemson, and nearby towns.
