Three Rivers Athletic Complex (TRAC) is an ice-sports and recreation venue serving the Central New York skating community. Located at 2725 West Entry Road in Baldwinsville, New York, the complex operates an ice arena alongside a pro shop and a bar and restaurant. Its facilities and activities support figure skaters and hockey players, while welcoming visitors seeking recreational ice time.
TRAC offers Open Skate sessions for skaters of all ages. Admission includes skate rental, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, who does not need to skate. The venue also runs Skate & Shoot sessions for those looking for extra practice time. Full equipment is required for children, while adults must wear a helmet and gloves. Sessions are scheduled as available, with times posted on the website and Facebook. Participants can register online or pay at the door. The site also highlights birthday parties and programs, in addition to its pro shop and food and beverage services. TRAC can be contacted by email for further information.
