Three Rivers Equestrian Center

Three Rivers Equestrian Center (TREC) is a private horse boarding facility south of Sunriver in Central Oregon, near Bend. The center offers horse boarding and riding lessons in a setting with indoor and outdoor arenas, a 60-foot round pen, on-property trails, and direct access to U. S.

Forest Service land. Boarding amenities include 12-by-12-foot matted stalls with paddocks, daily stall cleaning, automatic waterers, grass hay fed twice daily, tack lockers, and hot- and cold-water wash racks. Owners provide any grain or supplements, with additional options for extra hay, bedding, and feeding instructions.

TREC also provides vacation care, including grooming and turnout or lunging, as well as monthly horse exercise plans that may include grooming, riding, turnout, or lunging. For travelers, layover boarding is available by the night in stalls or outdoor paddocks. Boarding applicants must complete the required forms; layover horses need a current negative Coggins test and health documents.
