About Three Sails Studios
Three Sails Studios, founded by George Francis Bickers in 2021, is a creative design studio and publisher specializing in tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) and board games. With a focus on themes inspired by real-life cultures and histories, the studio emphasizes storytelling rooted in a genuine sense of space and place. In 2022, Joel Kilpatrick joined as an illustrator and co-owner, establishing the visual style that defines Three Sails' projects. The studio reached new creative heights in 2023 when Jeremy Blum came on board as a writer, developer, and co-owner, contributing to the development of their flagship game, "Mappa Mundi: An Exploration + Ecology RPG."
