CA Thrive Functional Wellness

Thrive Functional Wellness Center is a functional medicine and chiropractic practice serving La Quinta and the Palm Springs area, with online and in-person care. Co-founded by Dr. Grey A. Rappe, a chiropractor and certified functional medicine practitioner, and Lorrie Rappe, a functional medicine certified health coach, the center focuses on personalized support and investigating potential underlying contributors to chronic symptoms rather than treating symptoms alone.

Its wellness programs address a range of needs, including autoimmune concerns, hormonal imbalances, thyroid and adrenal disorders, diabetes, and weight management. Services include functional blood work and health coaching, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, chiropractic care, spinal decompression, high-power laser therapy, and neuropathy support. The center also offers online webinars, live events, community speaking, and supplements.

Care begins with a free 15-minute discovery call. For those who proceed, consultations may include a review of health concerns and blood work, followed by a tailored plan incorporating areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments.
