Thriving Social Work & Services provides personalized guidance and practical support for older adults, their families, and professionals navigating aging and caregiving. Founded by MJ, a licensed professional with experience in aging, dementia, mental health, and caregiving, the service takes a human-centered, ethical, and unbiased approach. Its goal is to help clients make informed decisions, maintain independence where possible, and feel less alone.

Services begin with an initial one-on-one video consultation of up to 90 minutes to discuss concerns, identify resources, and outline next steps. Coaching sessions offer follow-up guidance on family dynamics, resources, and decision-making. In-person assessment and planning takes a whole-person view of health, safety, cognition, support systems, goals, and decision-making, then develops a personalized plan. Case management provides ongoing, hands-on help implementing that plan, including coordinating services, attending appointments, applying for benefits, and monitoring changing needs. The organization also supports caregivers facing burnout, families managing care from a distance, and older adults seeking help while retaining control and privacy.
