ТронБарон is a cloud-based system for managing and monitoring cleaning, facility maintenance, security, and other on-site service operations. It helps organizations coordinate employees and contractors, document completed work, and identify missed tasks or other issues. Staff use a mobile app to view schedules, instructions, checklists, and equipment requirements, then submit photo or video evidence. The app supports offline work and multiple languages, while managers can track task statuses, review reports, assign urgent work, and compare performance across sites and teams.

To verify work, the system can confirm an employee’s presence using QR codes, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, or iBeacon, with verification options selected for each location. It also records shift start and end times, compiles timesheets, and highlights lateness or absences. Visitors can submit site feedback through QR or NFC forms, allowing managers to turn reports into tasks. The browser-based management cabinet and iOS and Android apps are supported by setup assistance, staff training, technical support, analytics, and configurable features.
