Thuis Lemelerveld

Thuis Lemelerveld is a care and support provider in Lemelerveld, offering a welcoming residential setting for people with disabilities. The home accommodates eight residents who have an intellectual disability, sometimes combined with a physical disability or developmental disorder. Alongside residential care, Thuis Lemelerveld provides daytime activities for participants who do not live at the home and can arrange ambulatory support.

Its services are intended to support residents and participants in their daily lives through a combination of living, structured activities and guidance. The organisation’s website shares information about its vision, focus areas, support team, activities, news and complaints procedure, helping families and prospective participants learn more about its approach.

Thuis Lemelerveld also welcomes volunteers who would like to contribute. Opportunities include helping maintain the grounds, vegetable garden and flower garden, as well as driving a participant between Hardenberg and the daytime activities in Lemelerveld. The organisation invites interested people to get in touch for more information. It can be contacted by email or telephone.
