Thumping Tails is a professional pet care company founded by Michael Ferraro in 2018. Serving more than 700 families across Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield County, Connecticut, the business provides dependable care for pets at home and on the go. Its services include dog walking and drop-in visits, cat sitting, home-based dog boarding, on-the-go dog day care, cuddle time, house sitting, and land and air travel assistance for pets. Dog walks are available in 15-, 30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions, while day care and house-sitting options offer different durations to suit clients’ needs.
Thumping Tails emphasizes accountable, attentive service. Its pet companions are vetted, bonded, insured, and background-checked, and visits are GPS-tracked with photo updates and visit summaries. The company also offers a mobile app for booking, messaging caregivers, making payments, and updating pet profiles and care instructions. With flexible scheduling and experience caring for senior pets, anxious rescues, and animals with medication needs, Thumping Tails serves pet owners seeking professional support and peace of mind.
