Thunderbird Fast Draw Club introduces members and visitors to fast draw shooting, which it describes as the world’s fastest timed sport. Based in Langley, British Columbia, the club welcomes people interested in trying the sport and developing their skills. It holds weekly practice sessions most Friday evenings at the Langley Rod and Gun Club, where newcomers can get a hands-on introduction.
The club also hosts the Canadian World Fast Draw Championships each summer at the Aldergrove Fair, and its members travel throughout North America to compete. Beyond competitions and training, Thunderbird Fast Draw Club offers sport demonstrations across British Columbia. Its members also contribute to film and television productions, working as extras and armorers to help bring authenticity to sets.
The club invites prospective visitors to get in touch to ask questions or arrange a visit, and encourages them to call before coming out. Through practice, competition, demonstrations, and entertainment-industry work, Thunderbird Fast Draw Club shares its enthusiasm for fast draw with the wider community
