THWiki is an informative platform dedicated to the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW) community, operating independently from official bodies. Designed and maintained by volunteers, THWiki compiles a wealth of knowledge and experience, making it accessible for readers seeking quick answers without sifting through dense documents or engaging in lengthy discussions. The platform encourages contributions from its users, including the addition of images, and fosters a collaborative ethos aimed at enhancing assistance during emergencies.

THWiki's areas of focus include an extensive overview of the 'Fachgruppe Notversorgung und Notinstandsetzung' (Emergency Supply and Repair Group), which specializes in crisis response capabilities. This group plays a crucial role in emergency logistics, offering services such as water transport, electricity generation, and the provision of temporary shelters. Equipped with various vehicles, including multi-purpose transport trucks and specialized equipment for handling hazardous materials, THWiki supports every aspect of emergency operations while serving as an invaluable resource for volunteer aid workers.
