Thyme & Tarragon offers private chef and dining experiences in Los Angeles and across Southern California. Led by Caleb, a chef trained at Bouchon in Beverly Hills and The French Laundry, the service brings fine-dining craft into clients’ homes and event spaces, combining careful technique, seasonal ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and personal warmth.

Guests can book intimate dinners, milestone celebrations, corporate events, and other gatherings, with experiences designed for groups starting at two. Sample options include a four-course Classic Tasting and a six-course Signature Experience. Menus are customized to guests’ preferences and can accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, including vegan, gluten-free, and kosher needs.

Pricing includes shopping, ingredient preparation, table setup, plating, service during the meal, and kitchen cleanup. The chef works in a range of settings, from home kitchens to villas, yachts, and event venues. Service areas include Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Orange County, and San Diego.
