Ti Foods

Ti Foods is a renowned brand that has been operating since 1985. It all began in China Town, Toronto, under the leadership of Houi Takounseun. Houi and his family immigrated from Thailand to Canada and started selling canned goods, rice, and noodles to the Asian communities in Toronto.

Over the years, Ti Foods witnessed immense growth and success. As Canada experienced a rise in Asian immigration and mainstream consumers' interest in Asian cuisines, Ti Foods expanded its offerings to cater to a much larger Asian demographic. In 2002, the brand made its entry into mainstream retail stores in Ontario, marking a significant milestone.

Ti Foods continued its upward trajectory and eventually moved to a larger warehouse in Markham, Ontario, in 2005. This modern facility serves as the brand's master warehouse and office space for all employees. In 2021, Ti Foods received a significant boost with a PE investment from Nova Vida GP Inc.

This Ontario-based investment firm has not only provided additional investment but also brought operational expertise, enabling Ti Foods to strengthen its position in the ever-growing Asian food market.
