Travancore Institute for Bio-science Research (TIBR) is a life sciences company based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Founded in 2018 by a team of young professionals, it works with students, researchers, and organizations to connect scientific knowledge with practical research. TIBR provides laboratory facilities, technology, and expertise across areas including microbiology, herbal medicine, pharmacology, molecular genetics, and bioinformatics.

Its training programs include laboratory and job-oriented courses, short-term training, project and dissertation support, workshops, seminars, and online bioinformatics instruction. Onsite and offsite training is also available for learners and professionals.

TIBR offers contract research and testing services for life science clients. Its work includes food and water testing, analytical, cosmetic, environmental, herbal, pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, and gas testing, as well as biotechnology, microbiology, molecular biology, and proteomics services. Herbal research covers extraction, phytochemical analysis, formulation standardization, bioactivity screening, and quality evaluation. The institute also provides protein characterization, identification and purification, PhD research assistance, and laboratory workstations for PhD and MPhil researchers.
