TicketMachine is a German event-ticketing platform operated by NET-UP AG, based in Munich. It helps event organizers create, promote, and manage events and sell tickets through a central online system. Organizers can publish events in a calendar, tile, or list format, including through a WordPress plugin, and offer tickets through a customizable shop. Sales can be made online across desktop and mobile devices or in person using the platform’s point-of-sale system.

TicketMachine also provides tools for reserved seating and venue plans, ticket categories and pricing, discounts, and real-time sales and attendance statistics. Its access-control app lets staff scan tickets with a smartphone, with options designed for both smaller gatherings and larger events. Integrations support embedding ticketing on existing websites and social media, while payment processing can use a preferred provider. The platform states that buyer data is handled in accordance with GDPR on German servers. Organizers can start with a free event-calendar plan, pay €1 per ticket plus payment processing for the ticket shop, or request a tailored PRO plan with additional features.
