Tidal Drift is a premium bespoke construction company working across Sussex, based in East Sussex. Led directly by Julian, the business combines technical carpentry, timber-frame construction and bespoke joinery with creative engineering and collaborative project delivery. It works alongside architects, designers, homeowners and self-builders, ideally from the design stage, to resolve detailing, buildability and structural challenges while preserving the original vision.

Tidal Drift’s services include home extensions, garden rooms, modular and self-build support, and complete new builds. Projects range from single-storey kitchen extensions and wraparound additions to insulated, wired garden buildings and technically demanding constructions. The company also offers practical consultancy and hands-on delivery for self-build and modular projects, helping clients gain confidence and improve cost control.

With an emphasis on craftsmanship, clear communication, capable site management and sustainable thinking, Tidal Drift applies consistent standards across projects of every scale. Its work is shaped by close coordination with trusted architects and engineers, and a commitment to precision, quality and attention to detail from early technical input through to final handover.
