TIDAL Seafood Festival is a community celebration of seafood, local heritage and the fishing industry, held on the San Remo Foreshore in Victoria. The festival brings together residents and visitors to enjoy Bass Strait seafood, meet local vendors and take part in activities for all ages. Its 2026 event is scheduled for 18–20 September, with a program featuring food, demonstrations, entertainment and family experiences.
Festival offerings include a Taste of TIDAL seafood dinner showcasing locally and sustainably sourced seafood, a Blessing of the Fleet recognising local fishers, and a Junior Deckie Certification activity. Sunday’s family program includes live entertainment, with Australian folk-pop duo Cali Rd announced as a headline act. Visitors can also explore stalls and other festival activities, with further program details shared through the festival’s website and social channels.
TIDAL celebrates San Remo’s maritime traditions and supports community connections around local food and fishing. The festival acknowledges the Bunurong people as Traditional Custodians of the land and water on which the event takes place.
