Det Kgl. Bibliotek er Danmarks nationale bibliotek. 1000 medarbejdere er optaget af at bevare og formidle kulturarv og sikre viden til uddannelse, forskning, oplysning og oplevelse. Et bredt publikum besøger hver dag Det Kgl. Biblioteks mange betjeningssteder, og endnu flere benytter de digitale kanaler og services. Biblioteket hører under Kulturministeriet og omsætter årligt for ca. 700 mio. kr. Det Kgl. Bibliotek arbejder aktivt på at blive et grønnere og mere bæredygtigt bibliotek. Det Kgl. Bibliotek har adresser på flere end 30 lokationer.
