Tierfreunde Bottrop e.V. is a dedicated non-profit organization operating the Tierheim Bottrop, a vital shelter for abandoned and stray animals in Bottrop. The organization is committed to animal welfare, providing care and rehabilitation for dogs, cats, and small pets, including hamsters and birds. They actively facilitate adoptions, ensuring that each animal finds a loving home.

In addition to their core mission, Tierfreunde Bottrop hosts engaging community events, such as bazaars featuring antiques, pet supplies, and children's activities, to raise funds and awareness for animal care. The shelter thrives on the support of volunteers and donations, offering opportunities for people to contribute through sponsorships, animal sponsorships, and membership.

The Tierheim Bottrop team works tirelessly to improve the lives of animals in need while promoting responsible pet ownership and ensuring the welfare of the voiceless. By becoming a member or participating in their events, community members can make a meaningful impact in the realm of animal rescue and protection.
