Tierheim Mannheim is a dedicated animal shelter committed to the well-being of its residents, which include dogs, cats, small mammals, exotic pets, and birds. The shelter aims to provide a safe haven for these animals while helping them find loving forever homes. Located in Mannheim, the shelter is currently undergoing renovations, temporarily restricting visitor access to appointments made during specific telephone hours on weekdays.

In addition to pet adoption, Tierheim Mannheim offers various services such as dog training, a legal advisory on animal rights, and a pet cemetery, which has been an essential community resource for 20 years. The shelter's team is passionate about animal welfare and encourages public involvement through donations, volunteer opportunities, and memberships. They also maintain a resource page for individuals who may find lost or injured animals.

Come and explore the unique stories of the shelter's inhabitants, and join a community that values compassion and responsible pet ownership. Stay connected for updates, as they look forward to reopening fully once renovations are complete.
