About tierschutzverein-aachen.de
The Tierschutzverein für die StädteRegion Aachen e.V. is a prominent animal welfare organization dedicated to the protection and care of animals in the Aachen area. As one of the largest associations in the region with nearly 4,000 members, it is affiliated with the German Animal Welfare Federation. The organization operates an animal shelter that houses a variety of animals in need, facilitating the adoption process for pets looking for loving homes. They provide services such as taking in strays and animals surrendered by their owners, offering rehabilitation and fostering programs, and coordinating pet adoptions.
Additionally, Tierschutzverein engages in educational projects about wild animals and the protection of local wildlife. They also actively promote community involvement through donations, volunteer programs, and fundraising initiatives to support their cause. Their commitment to animal welfare extends beyond just rescues; it involves creating a compassionate community that prioritizes the well-being of all animals. Join them in their mission to make a positive impact on animal lives in Aachen.
