to Tiffany Inspires

Tiffany Inspires is a wellness and empowerment brand founded by Tiffany D. Kelly, a self-care strategist, author, speaker, educator, and chef. Drawing on more than 10 years of experience, the brand helps women, schools, and organizations pursue healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives through food, faith, and purpose. Its offerings bring together culinary wellness, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

Services include speaking engagements and empowerment workshops, private cooking experiences for birthdays, special events, and retreats, and wellness consulting for school districts, corporations, and mission-driven organizations. Cooking with Tiffany features practical, budget-conscious recipes designed to accommodate a range of dietary lifestyles. The Deliciously Social events use shared food and cooking to encourage joy, self-care, and community.

Tiffany Inspires also offers books, seasonings, cookware, and other products through its store. The brand’s message encourages people—especially women who may have put others’ needs first—to prioritize self-care and take an active role in their wellness journey. Through events, education, resources, and consulting, Tiffany Inspires aims to support lasting change.
