Tiger-Rock Martial Arts Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana, offers structured martial arts training for children, teens, and adults in a supportive, safety-focused environment. Located at 1010 Professional Dr W, the academy helps students build fitness, confidence, discipline, focus, and practical personal safety skills. Its programs are based on Tiger-Rock’s proprietary system, rooted in Ho-Am Taekwondo and incorporating modern sports science and elements of multiple martial arts disciplines.

Classes are tailored to students’ ages and development. Tiger Cubs introduces children ages four and five to movement, coordination, listening, and self-discipline through games. Junior classes for ages six to eleven develop martial arts skills, respect, confidence, goal-setting, and personal safety awareness. Teen training focuses on fitness, self-defense, discipline, and perseverance, while adult classes welcome beginners and experienced students alike. The academy also teaches 3A-Defense through information, scenario role play, and a simulated survival track.

Certified leaders provide positive instruction, and flexible class schedules support busy routines. Students can try a free first class, with occasional introductory offers and regular testing and tournament events.
