Tigrekickboxing is a kickboxing gym in Tiel, founded in July 2023 by certified trainer Jalal Bouchaab. The gym reflects Jalal’s lifelong involvement in martial arts, from beginning karate as a child to pursuing kickboxing and later becoming a trainer after recovering from serious knee injuries. His experience informs a coaching approach focused on helping people enjoy training and grow stronger both physically and mentally.
The gym trains children and adults and offers kickboxing programs, including PeuterKidz, as well as duo personal training and workshops. Members can also join a competition group coached directly by Jalal, where they gain experience in the sport. Tigrekickboxing reports that its fighters have won numerous prizes and include world champions, and the team regularly appears at major kickboxing events such as Enfusion.
Respect and togetherness are central to the gym’s identity. Based on Latensteinseweg in Tiel, Tigrekickboxing aims to help people pursue their ambitions while building a supportive training community.
