Тихое небо is an unofficial online map that tracks drone activity, air-raid alerts and related reports across Russia, using information from public sources. Its interactive map presents regional and district-level updates, including reported drone sightings, air-defence activity, interceptions, alerts and all-clears. Users can explore the situation by location and switch between dark, light and satellite map views, with optional layers for regions, districts, roads, railways, city boundaries, bodies of water, rivers, forests and wetlands.

The service also offers a search function, map legend, incident history and analytics. Visitors can select an area and save it to “My places” for quicker access; the site says a warning will appear when an alert is issued for a saved location. Telegram bot notifications are also available.

The map is compiled from public reports and may be delayed or inaccurate. Tихое небо cautions that it should not be used to make personal safety decisions and advises users to follow instructions from emergency services
