TIH VPS is an online service for purchasing and managing VPS access through a personal account and Telegram bot. Its customer dashboard brings together subscription purchases, active connection keys, setup instructions, profile information, and support. Customers can choose from several plans, including a 24-hour trial and subscriptions lasting one month, three months, one year, or ten years. Prices are displayed for each option before selection.

To connect, users install the Happ application on a supported device and add their subscription using a direct connection button or by importing a copied link. Instructions cover iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows, and macOS, with automatic and manual setup steps. The account also provides a support chat for questions about connections, payments, renewals, and device setup; messaging support requires signing in. New visitors can browse before registering, with login or registration requested before creating a payment. TIH VPS additionally offers a Telegram bot for quick access to purchasing, guidance, and support, alongside profile details, a user agreement, and a referral program.
