The Attilâ İlhan Bilim Sanat Kültür Vakfı is a distinguished cultural foundation dedicated to the legacy of the celebrated Turkish poet and novelist, Attilâ İlhan. Established to promote literature, art, and science, the foundation organizes various events and awards, notably the Attilâ İlhan Literature Awards, which recognize outstanding contributions to Turkish literature. Supported by Türkiye İş Bankası Kültür Yayınları, these awards have become prestigious accolades, celebrated annually at significant literary gatherings such as the Tüyap Istanbul Book Fair.
In addition to its awards, the foundation hosts competitions, including the Liseli Gençler Kompozisyon Yarışması, aimed at inspiring and engaging high school students in literary expression. The foundation also maintains the Attilâ İlhan Library, providing researchers and literature enthusiasts access to an extensive collection of İlhan's works, as well as a modern online library to adapt to the digital age. By fostering the arts and supporting young talents, the foundation plays a vital role in preserving and promoting Turkish literary heritage.
