About Tilia
Tiliabythesea is a brand that specializes in handmade sea glass jewelry and unique gifts. Founded by Nicole Lind in 2016, Tiliabythesea offers a wide range of beautifully crafted pieces made from jewelry quality sea glass. Each piece is meticulously collected, sorted by color and shape, and transformed into stunning jewelry.
The name Tilia is derived from the Latin word for Linden tree, which happens to be Nicole's married surname. It translates to 'A Lind by the Sea,' reflecting Nicole's passion for the ocean and her coastal lifestyle. Despite being born in Braunschweig, Germany, Nicole now resides in the heart of Fife, Scotland, surrounded by breathtaking beaches and coastal landscapes.
In addition to her jewelry creations, Nicole and her husband Craig also document their mudlarking and treasure hunting adventures on their Scottish Mudlarking YouTube channel.
