Tim Constructa d.o.o. was founded in 2012. as the legal successor of Dom Gradnja which has been open for business since 1994. The company was designed as a family business combining the synergy of youth, dynamism and power based on professional technical knowledge and experience in the field of construction activities. When you contact us we will make sure that all works are executed with top notch quality, following these steps: - analysis of current situation, - if necessary, preparation of working drawings and architectural solutions in collaboration with a design studio, - making cost estimate tenders complete with advice and suggestions, - managing of legislation procedures related to contract conclusion and signing, in cooperation with a law firm, - work execution under continuous supervision of construction engineer, - collecting certificates and attests of the materials used - final issuing of guarantees for works completed, including multi-year warranties.
