TIMBER HOUSE

TIMBER HOUSE, known in Chinese as 瑧樺, is a residential development by New World Development in Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, at 74 Waterloo Road. Positioned in a traditional upscale residential district, the project comprises 240 homes. The website presents the development through a nature-inspired artistic concept, including a commissioned landscape painting by Chinese artist Lü Song. His work explores imagined natural scenery and invites viewers to discover the relationship between abstraction and the real world, contributing to the project’s visual identity.

TIMBER HOUSE’s principal offering is residential property. The official site provides project information, a sales record register, and contact details for enquiries. It also directs prospective purchasers to the development’s sales brochure for full property details and notes that illustrations and images are for reference only. The development’s sales have concluded: all homes previously listed in relevant sales arrangements have been sold, and the seller has terminated sales of the project. TIMBER HOUSE was developed by the project seller, Run Yee Limited, whose holding companies include New World Development.
