Time & Tide Travel is a Boston-based luxury travel advisory founded by Jen Donati, serving families, couples, and multigenerational travelers from Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and beyond. Affiliated with Virtuoso through Departure Lounge, the agency combines personal planning with access to preferred-partner amenities at many leading hotels, including daily breakfast, hotel credits, and room upgrades when available.

Jen designs custom journeys around each client’s interests, pace, and priorities. Her specialties include family travel, Switzerland and Italy, luxury African safaris, and ocean and river cruises. She also plans trips to destinations such as France, England, Scotland, New England, and beyond. Having lived in Switzerland for a decade, she speaks German and Swiss German and is a Certified Swiss Travel Expert.

Services include bespoke itinerary design, hotel and private-retreat recommendations, private guides, curated cultural and culinary experiences, transfers, and complex international logistics. Time & Tide Travel provides dedicated support before, during, and after each trip. Travelers who prefer to book independently can also use a private hotel-booking portal with preferred rates and benefits.
