Tim Welsh Basketball provides basketball camps and personalized instruction led by Coach Tim Welsh. The program focuses on helping athletes develop their skills, improve technique, and reach their potential through practical coaching and a positive learning environment. Its stated philosophy, “Great Athletes Make Great Students,” reflects an emphasis on growth both on and off the court.

Camp and instruction topics include shooting mechanics, ball handling, defensive skills, and mental preparation. Participants work on shot balance, stance, grip, and follow-through, as well as drills designed to support stronger ball control and improve playmaking. Defensive instruction addresses posture, focus, and movement, while mental-game sessions help athletes concentrate on factors that support success. The program also covers recruiting, including what college recruiters look for in a player.

Tim Welsh Basketball offers upcoming camps, summer camps, training for tryouts, and small-group or private instruction. Coach Welsh is also available for motivational speaking. Families and athletes can contact the program by phone or email for information, and visitors can join its mailing list for updates.
