Tincher Pitching

Tincher Pitching Alabama provides softball pitching instruction and coaching led by Abby Davis, a former Division I pitcher. Its mechanics-first approach breaks pitching movements into manageable steps, helping athletes develop spin, movement, placement, power, and stamina while emphasizing efficiency and injury prevention. The program serves local and remote players, with athletes training from more than 23 states.

New clients can begin with a $29 video evaluation, which includes a detailed review of pitching mechanics, personalized drills, direct feedback from Abby, and a recommended training path. Remote options include Full Remote Training, with weekly video analysis and customized assignments, and Pitching Mentorship, which adds one-on-one calls, messaging access, practice planning, and broader development support. Mentorship also includes access to the Tincher Pitching app for activation, body care, and nutrition resources.

For athletes near North Alabama, Tincher Pitching offers in-person lessons in Tuscumbia, Alabama, generally every two to three weeks. Training may also address recruiting and mental strategy, with guidance tailored to each pitcher’s needs and goals.
