About Ting med Tang
Welcome to Ting med Tang! We are building a network and training center for anyone who wants to learn more about the use of seaweed. We provide information, recipes, games, research reports, and more for those who are interested in gaining knowledge about seaweed. Our goal is to make seaweed a natural part of the Norwegian diet, just like vegetables, fruits, and berries are today.
We offer various courses and seminars on seaweed, including our upcoming Tangsafari in Engelsviken on March 10, 2024. Our courses cater to individuals, businesses, schools, organizations, and even families. We also have a Tangweb portal where you can find information about different seaweed species, recipes, and research reports.
