Tingyi Spatial Design is a Shanghai-based interior and commercial space design studio that brings together spatial planning, art, and Eastern aesthetics. Its services cover tea rooms, business and private clubs, homestays, villas, residences, restaurants, and other commercial spaces, as well as old-home renovations and furnishing design. The studio works across styles including modern minimalism and wabi-sabi, with an emphasis on natural materials, light, color, and thoughtful composition.

Led by an interior designer and professional oil painter, Tingyi draws on original artwork and artistic practice to create environments that are both functional and expressive. Its work includes spatial design, art and furnishing concepts, decorative art, and color planning. The studio presents residential, tea-space, and renovation projects alongside original paintings and design features.

Clients can book an appointment, discuss their needs with a designer, and receive an initial proposal. Design deliverables may include plans, renderings, and detailed construction drawings. The studio also offers construction coordination or management arrangements and quality inspection, with attention to budget control and aligning the finished result with the design.
