Tiny Toes Service Coordination helps families across New York City connect children ages 0–3 with free, eligible Early Intervention services. Serving all five boroughs, the agency guides families through the process so they do not have to navigate referrals, evaluations, paperwork, and service coordination alone. Tiny Toes does not provide therapy directly; instead, it helps arrange access to approved support and coordinates services delivered at home or in the community.

The services it coordinates may include speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, special instruction, ABA therapy, and developmental evaluations. The process begins with a referral, followed by a no-cost evaluation to determine a child’s needs. If the child is eligible, Tiny Toes helps schedule approved services. Its team speaks 14 languages, including Spanish, Bengali, Urdu, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, and Ukrainian, to support families throughout the process.
