Tiny Yogis

Tiny Yogis offers child-focused yoga programs that support young children’s physical and emotional development through play, mindfulness and storytelling. Founded by Eleonora, a certified children’s yoga instructor with a background in early childhood education, the brand brings together yoga, interactive games and songs in engaging, age-appropriate sessions.

For childcare centres, Tiny Yogis provides a 10-week program aligned with NSW school terms. Designed to integrate with early childhood learning, the program supports educational experiences and emotional growth while taking care of session planning for educators. Tiny Yogis also runs regular weekly classes for families, giving children and caregivers the opportunity to explore yoga together.

Sessions are tailored to different age groups and children’s individual needs and abilities. Activities aim to help children develop emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, build self-esteem and body awareness, and practise mindfulness. They also encourage strength, flexibility, concentration and memory. With a warm, responsive approach, Tiny Yogis makes yoga accessible and enjoyable for little learners, helping them build confidence and useful skills through movement, music and imaginative play.
