Tip Top Hospitality is a Hamptons-based hospitality team founded in 2018 by brothers Tora and Jesse Matsuoka and Chef David Hart. Guided by a love of genuine hospitality, travel, and discovering dining subcultures, the team creates distinctive food and dining experiences rooted in a sense of place. Its concepts are designed to tell stories about particular times, cultures, locations, or cuisines, bringing those influences to life through thoughtful hospitality and food.
The company celebrates the abundance of premium ingredients available locally and abroad, shaping its approach around the ingredients and inspirations behind each experience. Rather than offering a single stated restaurant concept, Tip Top Hospitality presents itself as a curator of varied dining concepts and services, united by its aim to make the Hamptons more lovable through bold ideas and intentional hospitality.
Tip Top also invites people who share its enthusiasm for hospitality to join the team, highlighting growth, opportunities, and connection as priorities.
