Tirion provides personal IT support for small businesses without an in-house IT team, helping owners spend less time managing technology and more time running their business. Founded by Kevin Geiger, who has more than eight years of IT experience, Tirion combines technology architecture with hands-on delivery and works to a clearly agreed scope.

Its services include setting up and caring for Microsoft 365, organizing email, documents and access, and making it easier for teams to collaborate and prepare new employees. Tirion also reviews recurring business workflows to identify practical opportunities for AI and automation, with implementation agreed separately. For customer portals and internal applications, its cloud application care service assesses technical condition, risks and costs, then clarifies responsibilities and possible next steps. Microsoft Azure is used where an application or integration requires it, rather than as a default requirement.

Engagements typically move from understanding goals and dependencies to planning, staged delivery, testing and handover. Any ongoing support is agreed separately.
