About Laticínios Tirol
Lacticínios Tirol is a Brazilian dairy company headquartered in Treze Tílias, Santa Catarina, founded in 1974 by Austrian immigrants who fled the severe economic crisis that swept Europe in the interwar period — beginning with a modest daily production of around 80 litres of milk. Over five decades, the company has grown into one of Brazil's leading dairy producers, operating three production facilities: its founding plant in Treze Tílias, and two additional factories in Pinhalzinho, SC and Ipiranga, PR, inaugurated in 2016 and 2021 respectively. Today, Tirol offers more than 150 product lines spanning milk, yogurt, cheese, cream, condensed milk, dairy beverages, and dulce de leche — distributed to clients across all Brazilian states, supported by thousands of direct employees and tens of thousands of rural producers.
In 2012, Tirol was the best-selling brand in the UHT milk segment in Brazil, and has received the Top of Mind award in Santa Catarina for 13 consecutive years
