Tirppa

Tirppa Solutions Oy is a Finnish agricultural technology company developing heavy-duty drones to help farms fertilize, sow and survey fields from the air. Its planned TRP100 drone is in the 100-kilogram class and is designed to work without driving over crops, helping avoid soil compaction and damage to standing grain. Interchangeable equipment is intended to support different tasks, including applying foliar fertilizers and biostimulants, precision seeding and field imaging. The drone is designed to operate autonomously, supported by a mobile ground station that travels to the field in a trailer and prepares it for further flights.

Tirppa is also developing PARVI, a digital service through which farmers can request fieldwork on a map and connect with local drone contractors. The platform is planned to automate flight logs and field records. The company emphasizes European manufacturing and components, local servicing, repairability, and keeping farm data under the user’s control. Tirppa is conducting field tests with pilot farms in 2026, plans to present a certified system in 2027, and expects sales to open in EU countries in 2028.
