TIS Training provides online workplace safety and compliance training for Australian businesses. Its platform delivers engaging, multilingual microlearning, inductions and assessments through the TIS Learning Management System or by integrating with an organisation’s existing LMS. The course library includes more than 200 courses covering workplace safety, hazard identification, supervision and leadership, mental health literacy, governance, compliance, onboarding and toolbox sessions. Training uses interactive scenarios, animated materials and, in some safety courses, 360-degree workplace panoramas to help employees recognise and manage hazards.

Businesses can assign courses by employee role, schedule reminders, attach policies and forms, and track results through reports, analytics and completion certificates. SCORM packages, APIs and webhooks support integration with other systems. TIS also offers a white-label portal, custom URLs, and course-building tools, as well as customised or custom-built training content, including tailored safety inductions for employees, visitors and contractors. The platform’s content is written by safety, HR and training professionals and reviewed annually.
