Tivo Sport is a Dresden-based personal training and fitness coaching service founded by Tilo Vogel, a lifelong sports enthusiast and former competitive track and field athlete. Working with a team, Vogel offers individual and group training for people of different ages and abilities, from beginners to experienced participants. Sessions take place at various locations around Dresden and nearby areas, with activities ranging from relaxed jogging in the Großer Garten to more demanding challenges such as the Spitzhaustreppe in Radebeul.

The training programme includes general athletics, HYROX, jogging, personal training, muscle building, mobility work, gymnastics and sport-specific coaching. Clients can also receive a trial session, goal setting, guidance on movement, coordination and recovery, and a structured training plan with feedback. Fitness and athletic sessions focus on strength, endurance, speed, balance, flexibility and stability. Each 75-minute session costs €75 per person, whether booked individually or in a group; discounts may be discussed directly. Tivo Sport also identifies a Dresden partner for physiotherapy and training therapy.
