Tixx

Tixx.ca is a ticketing service for events in Medicine Hat, providing a central place to search for and purchase tickets. It serves as the primary ticket seller for participating events and identifies itself as the only trusted source for tickets in the city, warning customers about the risks of buying from secondary-market resellers. The site offers event ticket sales, memberships, subscriptions and a newsletter, with all fees included in the displayed prices so customers can see the total cost before completing a purchase.

Customers can access in-person box office services at the Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre and Co-op Place, with hours varying by location and event schedule. Tixx.ca reviews orders and may cancel tickets it believes breach its terms, including tickets resold above the original price. Its purchasing terms explain that tickets are generally nonrefundable and nonexchangeable, and that venue rules apply. The service also provides customer support by phone and email, along with promoter access and published privacy and security policies.
