Tjek

TJEK is a digital registration system from Eurocom Software, designed for childcare centres, after-school care, childminders and play schemes. It helps providers record children’s arrivals and departures accurately and efficiently, using a personal badge linked to each child’s information. Badges can be scanned with a child-friendly RFID reader, while registrations can also be made through the app or an online browser on a computer, tablet or smartphone.

The system supports practical tasks such as looking up child information, creating evacuation lists, recording outings and small purchases, and viewing specific care details. After closing time, TJEK checks registrations and may automatically process certain issues, with an email summary for the provider. Administrators can manage the system through personal online pages, including adding children, recording hours and printing information.

TJEK focuses on registration and statistics rather than billing or full childcare management. It can integrate with other software, including Reinaert, and offers an API for developers and software providers. These capabilities help reduce duplicate data entry and support smoother administrative workflows.
