The Taekwon-Do GAP Center is a traditional Taekwon-Do school offering training for children, adults, and people over 50. Its programs are tailored to different age groups, with an emphasis on physical development, confidence, and respectful interaction. GAP Kids introduces children aged four to six to Taekwon-Do through playful activities supported by a pedagogical foundation.

Classes for children aged seven to twelve combine exercise with balance, self-defence, respect, social interaction, and non-contact sparring. Adult training is open to women and men and focuses on fitness, coordination, concentration, health, confidence, and self-defence. A separate group for people over 50 encourages healthy ageing in a welcoming social setting.

Across its programs, the center highlights endurance, strength, body control, posture, inner calm, and effective techniques.
